We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our clients financial operations, planning, and compliance functions. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing investor relations, and driving sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Planning & Budgeting Establish and maintain comprehensive financial systems, policies, and controls. Develop and oversee the company's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage investor relationships and funding strategies. Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with all departments and subsidiaries. Ensure financial projections support the company's overall business plan. Financial Operations & Compliance Oversee financial reconciliation, including cost analysis, income statements, profit and loss accounts, and balance sheets. Proactively monitor expenditures and implement corrective actions where necessary. Ensure timely and accurate regulatory project audits and compliance. Implement and oversee GST, VAT, and other statutory financial regulations, including training for subsidiaries. Liaise with external and internal auditors to ensure seamless financial reporting. Manage tax compliance, ensuring timely returns and payments while adhering to all financial regulations. Risk Management & Controls Maintain a strong internal control environment to safeguard company resources and mitigate risks. Oversee borrowings, renewals, and other banking-related activities as required. Ensure financial security and integrity across all company operations. Control and manage the accounting records for all company subsidiaries. Financial Reporting & Performance Management Prepare and review monthly MIS reports on key performance indicators for the CEO . Review and analyze financial reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for the CEO/MD to support decision-making. Oversee audits of the company, subsidiaries, and projects to ensure compliance and transparency. Drive efficiency in financial operations and optimize costs while ensuring business growth. Leadership & Training Provide financial training to subsidiaries on systems, procedures, and processes. Foster a strong financial team, ensuring continuous development and performance excellence. Ensure alignment with corporate goals by executing financial decisions in collaboration with leadership. Qualifications & Skills: Education: CA/CPA/CFA/MBA in Finance or equivalent. Experience: 12+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in a multinational or large-scale business. Proven expertise in financial planning, risk management, taxation, and corporate finance . Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, auditing, and financial reporting . Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent leadership and communication abilities to influence stakeholders.

Position Executive Assistant to Technical Director - HO (Chembur, Mumbai) EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years plus of experience in Industrial Products The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of technical concepts and be able to effectively communicate with engineers and other technical personnel.
