for various online platforms, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and optimize for conversion Create digital graphics for the company website, brochures, and other marketing collateral, maintaining a consistent visual identity Shoot and edit high-quality product videos and reels for marketing campaigns, showcasing product features and benefits in an engaging manner Develop and maintain a digital asset management system to organize and easily access all visual content Collaborate with the marketing team to create website banner designs that are both visually striking and aligned with marketing objectives Analyze the performance of visual content and make data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and conversion rates Brand Voice & Messaging Develop and maintain a Rorosaur's brand messaging and visual presentation Video Production & Editing Plan, film, and edit product demo videos that effectively showcase Rorosaur baby food functionality and benefits Create engaging video content for social media platforms, including short-form videos, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes footage relevant to baby food preparation and usage Utilize video editing software (e g-, Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects) to enhance video quality and create visually appealing content Manage the video production process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Optimize video content for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, to maximize reach and engagement with the target audience Stay up-to-date with the latest video production trends and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of video content Customer Engagement & Product Knowledge Develop a strong understanding of Rorosaur products to effectively communicate their key features and benefits in visual and written content Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually engaging content that addresses common customer inquiries and highlights product advantages Gather insights from customer feedback to inform improvements to visual branding and messaging E-commerce & Product Listing Optimization Optimize the visual aspects of product listings on e-commerce platforms to improve click-through rates and conversions Collaborate with the sales team to ensure product images and videos are aligned with
