Oversee site operations, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience, and resolve technical issues in coordination with IT. Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email) to increase website traffic and brand visibility. Collaborate with product, design, marketing, and customer service teams to create integrated online promotions and merchandising. Manage e-commerce platforms (e.g., Flipkart, Shopify, Amazon) and ensure accurate product setup, pricing, and inventory for electronics categories. Analyse website analytics, sales data, and customer feedback to optimize performance, improve conversion rates, and maximise ROI. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth in the electronics e-commerce space. Manage relationships with third-party vendors, logistics partners, and payment solutions for smooth order processing and delivery. Stay up to date with e-commerce technology advancements and best practices tailored to the electronics industry. Skills & Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, IT, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus. 6+ years of experience in e-commerce management, ideally in the electronics or consumer technology sector. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and web technologies (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, CRM tools). Proficient in managing e-commerce platforms with a focus on electronics product merchandising and pricing. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills. Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using data to guide decisions for online growth and improvements. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams. Desirable Skills Experience with electronics product lifecycle management and after-sales support. Familiarity with multi-channel retailing (Amazon, Flipkart, brand.com, etc.) for electronics. Knowledge of online compliance for electronics (certifications, warranties, etc.).
