Role & responsibilities -Daily Attendance Tracking -Time office Management -Contract Act and other concerned labour laws. -Compliance of inspections. -Preparation of record pertaining to PF, ESIC,PT & factory Act. -Filling positions within the organization. -Handling of administration and record-keeping. -Contractor and contract labour management. Preferred candidate profile Demonstration written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in Computers. Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others. Knowlegde of state law & acts Must have good experience of manufacturing company.
