Company Description Rollers Café is the newest addition to the AmigosIndia family, bringing together good food, great music, and stunning Himalayan views. Located on the rooftop of our Kasol hostel, the café is designed as a social hub where travelers, backpackers, and locals come together to relax, eat, and celebrate life in the Parvati Valley. Our menu is inspired by global flavors – from comfort food and coffee to refreshing cocktails – paired with panoramic views of the mountains and river. Beyond just food, Rollers Café hosts sundowner parties, live music, board game nights, and happy hours, making it a vibrant space for community and culture. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Chef located in Kullu. The Restaurant Chef will be responsible for daily food preparation and cooking, ensuring hygienic practices, managing food service, and utilizing culinary skills. The Chef will also oversee the kitchen staff, maintain kitchen inventory, and create menu items that adhere to high-quality standards. Qualifications Culinary Skills and Cooking experience Expertise in Food Preparation and Hygiene Skills in Food Service Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Relevant certification or degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is a plus Prior experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen environment
