Job Title: Chef – Roll Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef specializing in preparing a wide variety of Indian-style rolls such as kathi rolls, egg rolls, chicken rolls, paneer rolls, and fusion variants. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in fast-paced kitchens and be skilled in ensuring consistent taste, quality, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of rolls (veg & non-veg) with consistency and quality
• Handle marination, grilling, and tandoor work as required
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
• Manage inventory of ingredients and ensure timely preparation during peak hours
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are maintained
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in making Indian-style rolls
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments
• Punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented attitude

Preferred:

• Candidates from QSRs or street food outlets
• Immediate joiners
