Role Overview-The Operations Head will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end restaurant operations across 15 outlets in the city. The role demands strong operational discipline, people leadership, focus on profitability, and consistent food quality & guest experience. This is a key leadership position ensuring smooth daily operations while driving scalability and operational excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesOperational ExcellenceEnsure 100% compliance to SOPs, food quality, hygiene & safety standards across all outlets Implement efficient processes to reduce operating costs and improve productivity Monitor daily sales, inventory control, wastage management & cost optimization Conduct regular audits on service, equipment, and facilities Team Leadership & PerformanceLead a team of Area Managers / Store Managers and ensure strong workforce planning Hire, train, motivate and retain high-performing staff and future leaders Drive employee discipline, shift scheduling and timely performance evaluations Customer ExperienceEnsure consistent service standards & reduce customer complaints across outlets Monitor delivery partner ratings and drive improvement in turnaround time Lead initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction, loyalty & brand reputation Sales Growth & Business DevelopmentWork closely with Marketing & Delivery teams to improve outlet performance Support launch of new outlets — site readiness, staffing, trial runs & handover Analyze competition and local market trends to drive top-line growth Supply Chain & Vendor CoordinationEnsure uninterrupted supply of raw materials, packaging & consumables Collaborate with procurement team for supplier performance and negotiation Maintain ideal stock levels to prevent stockouts and pilferage Financial AccountabilityOwn P&L performance for all outlets Track KPIs: COGS, labor cost %, overheads, delivery commissions & margins Prepare operational reports & weekly scorecards for management review
