Job Title: Workforce Consultant Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract (C2C) Rate: $60/hour Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Workforce Consultant to implement, configure, and support Workforce Management solutions. The consultant will focus on system configuration, scheduling optimization, and integration to meet client-specific requirements. Key Responsibilities: Configure and implement Workforce Software solutions, including advanced scheduling and time management modules. Manage and support Workforce Software Interfaces to ensure seamless data flow across systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical configurations. Provide expertise in advanced scheduling to optimize workforce planning. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and documentation for system enhancements and new configurations. Skills Required: Strong hands-on experience with Workforce Software (WFS) platform. Expertise in Workforce Software Interfaces , Advanced Scheduler , and Configuration . Ability to manage complex integrations with HR, payroll, and ERP systems. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills for client interactions and solution delivery. Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR Systems, or related field. Mandatory Certification (any one): CT104 – Building New Configuration CT103 – WorkForce Time Advanced Configuration
