As a Sales & Outreach Specialist at Early Autism Ventures (EAV), you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities and raising awareness about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and other services. Your dedication to building strong relationships with families, healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations will directly contribute to expanding access to life-changing therapies for individuals with autism and developmental disorders. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and targeting potential clients, conducting outreach efforts through various channels, qualifying leads, and assessing specific needs to provide tailored solutions for ABA services. You will engage with key stakeholders, deliver presentations and consultations, negotiate service contracts, and develop strategic partnerships to create referral networks for ABA therapy services. Maintaining accurate records, providing regular reports on outreach efforts, and staying informed about trends in ABA therapy and related treatment approaches will be essential parts of your role. Additionally, you will serve as an advocate for ABA therapy within the community, organizing workshops and educational sessions to raise awareness and generate interest in the services offered by EAV. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, outreach, or business development, preferably in healthcare, education, therapy services, or community outreach. A genuine passion for making a positive impact, strong communication and relationship-building skills, self-motivation, and goal orientation are key qualities we seek. While a background in Psychology, Healthcare, or Special Education is preferred, it is not mandatory as training will be provided.
