Operate CNC machines (Turning / Milling / VMC – as required). Read and understand engineering drawings, tool charts, and job instructions. Set tools, load raw material, and run the machine as per production plan. Inspect components using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and other measuring tools. Maintain machine parameters, offsets, and tool life. Perform basic machine setting and troubleshooting during operations. Maintain quality and production output as per company standards. Fill daily production reports and maintain 5S on the shop floor. Follow all safety rules and machine operating procedures.
