JOB PURPOSE To generate Sales for Gurgaon /Faridabad (End User) region business- North. RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for Sales for Rockwell and Strategic product line for assigned customers. • Responsible for New Customer Development. • Prepare quotations for enquiry. • Sales visit for assigned product line. • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing allocated targets. • Organise Online Seminars & Product update sessions for customers. • Increase in-house share of Sales in existing customers. MEASUREABLE DELIVERABLES • Value of order logged • Time spent on usage of CRM • Sales Target Achievement • To maintain a healthy Sales Funnel • Responsible for Complete sales cycle KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS • Should have exposure in End-User /Panel builder/EPC sales, closure, commercial terms and conditions, negotiation skills, key account management etc. • Should clearly understand and deliver customer and market segment needs. • Should understand market trends & competition. CREDENTIALS & EXPERIENCE • Graduation in BE/B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation) • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience. • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
