Role Overview: At Capgemini Engineering, a global leader in engineering services, you will be part of a team of engineers, scientists, and architects dedicated to empowering innovative companies worldwide. As a Rockwell FTPS MES Modeler in the Life Sciences team, you will play a crucial role in designing and configuring Electronic Batch Records (EBRs) and integrating MES solutions with enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: - Recipe Development & Configuration: Design and configure EBRs using Rockwell FTPS, collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot and resolve issues during PI validation, and ensure review-by-exception through robust recipe implementation. - MES Implementation & Integration: Implement MES solutions, integrate them with ERP and control systems, validate recipes, and ensure compliance with FDA and GMP guidelines. - Documentation & Compliance: Document MES configurations, validate EBRs, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and align documentation with Life Sciences validation processes. - Project Coordination: Provide updates to Project Managers, coordinate with vendors during upgrades, facilitate meetings, and track action items. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of work experience. - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Rockwell FTPS MES in a Life Sciences environment. - Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and shop floor processes. - Proficiency in SQL, VB6, C#, and .NET. - Strong understanding of SDLC and support methodologies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
