Role & responsibilities Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in Defence and Aerospace sectors (domestic and international). Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including DRDO, HAL, ISRO, defence PSUs, Tier-1 OEMs, and private players. Understand customer requirements and work with engineering and operations teams to deliver tailored composite solutions. Lead proposal development, bid management, and contract negotiations. Monitor industry trends, participate in trade shows, and maintain competitor intelligence. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to RACs growth strategy in the strategic sectors. Strong understanding of composites, materials technology, or related engineering domains is a plus. Proven track record of handling complex sales cycles and government procurement processes.
