We are looking for a proactive and friendly Client Follow-Up & Support Executive to join our team at Rock and Jazz Academy. This role involves communicating with potential and existing clients through calls and WhatsApp messages to provide clear and accurate information about our dance and fitness classes. Key Responsibilities: Follow up with leads and inquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, or website. Share accurate information about class schedules, course details, and fees. Maintain a regular follow-up system with clients until they convert or close. Update and manage the client database with proper notes. Send timely reminders for classes, events, or payments. Coordinate with the admin team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Handle basic customer queries with a polite and professional attitude. Requirements: Good communication skills in Tamil and English. Ability to handle phone and WhatsApp conversations confidently. Basic knowledge of using smartphones, WhatsApp Business, and Excel/Google Sheets. Friendly, patient, and persuasive personality. Prior experience in customer service or telecalling is a plus. Working hours- Monday to Friday Morning 9 am to 7 pm
