ROBOTICS/STEM TRAINER

As a STEM Trainer, Project Developer, and Lab Assistant at our branches in Salem, Arakkonam, and Chennai, your role will involve: - Planning and executing all scheduled classes across multiple centers, schools, colleges, corporates, and online platforms. - Conducting consistent training sessions, upgrading your skills, and fostering positive relationships with fellow mentors, both full-time and part-time. - Identifying trends and insights to optimize class delivery performance and kit effectiveness. - Addressing doubts of students and trainers through both online and offline channels. - Utilizing strong analytical abilities to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across various channels and touchpoints. - Creating project manuals and workbooks. Qualifications Required: - Freshers with a degree in B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc, or B.Ed. - Proficiency in Robotics with IoT, Raspberry Pi, Python, Java, and Arduino will be an added advantage. - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. - Proven skills in writing software and programming systems. This role offers full-time, permanent, fresher, and internship job types with a contract length of 12 months. The benefits include life insurance.
