Role Overview We are looking for passionate and self-driven individuals to join us as Technology Educators & Operational Executives. This role combines technology education, regional operational management, and innovation in domains like Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Embedded Systems, and Drones . As a Technology Educator & Operational Executive, you will empower students and educators by delivering hands-on training in cutting-edge technologies while ensuring the smooth execution of our educational initiatives on the ground. This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about education, innovation, and creating social impact. Key Responsibilities Deliver interactive training sessions on AI, Robotics, IoT, and Embedded Systems to students and teachers. Proactively visit and engage with schools and colleges in your assigned territory to implement training programs and ensure effective execution. Customize learning experiences based on the institutions needs. Conduct workshops to promote 21st-century skills among students. Oversee and manage operational activities within your region. Coordinate with school and college authorities, report program progress, and support lab setups. Innovate new ideas for training delivery and curriculum engagement. Identify real-life problems and actively participate in solution development. Note: Selected candidates will undergo comprehensive technical training by PHN Technology across all associated domains. Required Skills & Qualities Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities. Leadership and decision-making skills; ability to coordinate at the regional level. Adaptive thinking and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Forms). Fluency in English and local language (spoken and written). Well-groomed, confident, dynamic, and people oriented.
