Robotics Trainer

As a Coding, AI, and Robotics Trainer at the organization, your role will involve conducting capacity-building programs for teachers and students of classes 3-12. You will be responsible for enhancing learning through hands-on activities and experiments in these areas. Additionally, you will deliver the Kurious Experiential program to students according to a dedicated curriculum. Your duties will also include maintaining progress reports of classes, sharing them with school authorities, managing schools for year-long support, and updating training records of students. You will play a crucial role in improving the curriculum based on student feedback and self-observation. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct capacity-building programs for teachers and students of classes 3-12 - Enhance learning through hands-on activities and experiments - Deliver the Kurious Experiential program following a dedicated curriculum - Maintain progress reports of classes and share them with school authorities - Manage schools for year-long support - Update training records of students - Improve curriculum based on feedback and self-observation Qualifications Required: - Degree in B.Tech/B.E/ B.Voc in Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Robotics and Automation, or B.Sc in Electronics, Robotics - Minimum of 1 year teaching experience in AI, robotics, python, or STEM education - Preference for local candidates - Knowledge and experience in STEM & Robotics considered an added advantage - Good communication skills highly valued You should be willing to commute or travel as the organization has multiple centers across locations. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and a performance bonus. The willingness to travel up to 25% is preferred. The work location is in person.
