Robotics Trainer

As a Robotics Trainer at KITE Robotics, your primary responsibility will be to deliver hands-on training and mentorship to students in various robotics-related topics such as coding, 3D printing, and IoT. You will conduct interactive and engaging training sessions to ensure that students gain practical exposure and develop their skills effectively. Additionally, you will mentor students for robotics competitions at different levels, guiding them to enhance their technical abilities, problem-solving skills, and innovative thinking. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver hands-on training and mentorship in robotics-related topics - Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions - Mentor students for robotics competitions - Manage robotics labs in schools - Oversee setup, functionality, and maintenance of robotics labs - Keep track of inventory for seamless execution of training sessions - Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation - Collaborate with the R&D team on innovative projects - Offer support and knowledge sharing to cross-functional teams Qualifications Required: - Good knowledge in basic electronics and coding - Proficiency in CAD, Solid works, and other designing tools is an added advantage - Ability to commute or relocate to Chennai, Pondicherry, or Thiruvarur whenever required - English proficiency is preferred - Education: B.E., EEE / ECE / Mechatronics and M.Sc., Electronics - Experience: 0 to 3 years (freshers also eligible) In addition to the above, the company offers health insurance, leave encashment, and performance bonus. The job type is permanent, regular, full-time with a work schedule of either morning shift or day shift from 10 am to 6 pm. The salary ranges from INR 1,92,000 to 2,40,000 per annum.
