Robotic Welder

As a skilled Robotic Welder, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining automated MIG/TIG welding systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your main tasks will include machine setup, programming, and ensuring high-quality welds. You will be working with robotic welding machines such as ABB, FANUC, Yaskawa, or Panasonic. Key Responsibilities: - Operate, set up, and maintain robotic welding machines. - Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel or aluminum parts according to drawings. - Program and adjust robot parameters to ensure accuracy and quality welds. - Inspect welds visually and with gauges to meet quality standards. - Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting. - Adhere to all safety, 5S, and ISO procedures. Qualifications Required: - ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Welding / Mechatronics. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in robotic welding or automated fabrication; freshers with training may also apply. - Proficiency in welding symbols, blueprints, and fixtures. - Hands-on experience with MIG / MAG / TIG processes. - Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a quality-oriented mindset.
