Feedback Collection : Gather customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints and provide this valuable information to the relevant departments for continuous improvement. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the customer support system. Team Collaboration : Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any stream is preferred. (Cand. who completed Higher Secondary school can also apply) Proven experience in a customer service or customer care role, preferably in an ecommerce or retail environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and patience. Computer proficiency and the ability to navigate various software applications, including CRM systems. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and processes is a plus.
