Company: Robo Impex Location: On-site – Surat, Gujarat Job Type: Full-time/Part-time About the Role We are hiring an experienced AutoCAD Designer to join our robotics development team in Surat . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical design or CAD drafting, preferably in automation or robotics. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed 2D and 3D mechanical drawings using AutoCAD. Design and modify robotic arm components, mechanical parts, fixtures, and assemblies . Convert engineering concepts into accurate technical drawings. Ensure all drawings meet dimensioning, tolerance, and material specification standards. Manage drawing revisions and maintain documentation. Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams during prototyping and production . Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) when required. Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering , Mechatronics, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in AutoCAD design or mechanical drafting. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) . Good understanding of mechanical design principles and fabrication processes. Experience with robotic or mechanical components is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment. Preferred (Optional) Skills Knowledge of SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or other CAD software.
