You will be joining Systematix Group as an Equity Research Associate focused on the Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) within the Institutional broking sector. Located in BKC, Mumbai, Systematix Group is a prominent financial services firm with a strong presence in various financial domains such as Investment Banking, Institutional Equities, Wealth Management, Retail Broking, and Asset Management. Your key responsibilities in this role will include conducting industry analysis, stock valuation, financial modeling, actively engaging with top management, offering investment advice to institutional clients, and facilitating corporate access. You will be expected to focus on companies within the Indian financial sector, with a preference for NBFC coverage. It will be crucial to stay updated on the latest developments within the companies under coverage and the sector, incorporating these insights into our research publications. Your tasks will also involve financial modeling, report writing encompassing previews, reviews, company updates, and sector updates. Furthermore, you will participate in analyst meetings, conference calls, and regular interactions with the top management of the coverage universe. Presenting investment ideas, conducting roadshows for corporate clients, and supporting the lead analyst in completing assignments from idea conceptualization to final research report preparation are key aspects of this role. Ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of investment ideas to clients through industry and company research reports, presentations, and verbal communication is essential for creating a positive sector image for the company. Adherence to the set standards and norms for report preparation will be a critical part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you are required to have an MBA, CA, or CFA qualification. Your contribution as an Equity Research Associate at Systematix Group will play a pivotal role in providing strategic and financial guidance to clients while fostering a reputation for excellence and reliability in the industry.,
