The Security Supervisor leads the hotel’s security team, ensuring safety, order, and guest comfort while coordinating security operations in alignment with luxury hotel standards. The role includes managing guards, liaising with local police, and ensuring smooth functioning during high-traffic days in the temple town. Preference will be given to retired army personnel from Madikeri. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and deploy security guards across the property. Monitor CCTV, access control systems, and hotel perimeter security. Ensure compliance with hotel safety and security policies. Train and guide guards in guest etiquette, emergency handling, and temple town protocols. Handle guest disputes or disturbances discreetly and professionally. Conduct regular safety audits and coordinate fire safety drills. Prepare reports on security incidents and maintain records. Liaise with local authorities for pilgrim crowd management and VIP visits. Assist in safeguarding hotel assets and controlling unauthorized access. Qualifications & Skills: Retired army/jawans from Madikeri region preferred . 3–5 years of security experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (hotel/hospitality preferred). Strong leadership, vigilance, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with security equipment (CCTV, fire alarms, scanners). Good communication in Kannada, English, and Hindi. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
