Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and internal quality controls. Supervise concrete mix designs, trial mixes, and adjustments as needed. Conduct routine inspections, sampling, and testing of raw materials and concrete products. Maintain accurate QA/QC records and prepare reports. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in QA/QC within the ready mix or concrete industry. Strong knowledge of mix design, concrete standards (ASTM, BS, ACI, etc.). Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
