4. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
5. Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
6. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
