The RoleRole OverviewAs a Business Development Associate (BDA), you will be responsible for reaching out to potential learners, understanding their career goals, and helping them choose the right company program. Your primary role is to drive enrollments by effectively communicating the value of company offerings. Key Responsibilities:Engage with potential learners via calls, emails, and follow-ups.Understand their career aspirations and match them with relevant company programs.Maintain a customer-centric approach to drive conversions.Follow up with leads to ensure timely enrollments.Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.Work closely with the marketing and operations team to improve the customer journey.
