Full-Time Role: Pre-Construction Project Coordinator – Retail & F&B Outlets Location: Delhi NCR | Type: Full-time We are seeking a Pre-Construction Project Coordinator with strong experience in retail outlets and commercial kitchens to lead all pre-construction activities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct feasibility studies and prepare technical reports Work on presentations for client approval Prepare and assist in review of working drawings and details Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing & fire-fighting specifications with consultants Finalize layouts and assist in preparing BOQs & cost estimates Develop material sample boards and manage approvals Prepare construction schedules and procurement lists Coordinate prototype guidelines for kitchen, MEP, lighting, signage & façade Requirements: 5+ years’ experience in retail/F&B pre-construction Auto cad, sketchup, MS Office, Pert charts, Project management Strong understanding of MEP & kitchen operations BOQ preparation & costing knowledge Excellent communication & coordination skills To Apply: Send your resume on WhatsApp: 7670009000 or email studio@rmda.co.in Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,644.41 - ₹42,483.73 per month Benefits: Work from home Language: English (Preferred) Location: Remote (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: Remote Expected Start Date: 26/08/2025
