Job Title: Senior Consultant Physiotherapist Location: Randamkutty (Second Milestone), Kollam Experience: 5+ years Salary: As per industry standards Job Type: Full-time --- Job Description We are hiring an experienced Senior Consultant Physiotherapist for our advanced rehabilitation and wellness facility at Randamkutty, Kollam. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise, patient-centric communication skills, and the drive to adopt modern physiotherapy technologies. --- Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and functional evaluations. Design and implement personalized treatment plans across orthopedic, neuro, and post-operative rehab cases. Utilize and adapt to modern physiotherapy modalities including electrotherapy, spinal decompression, shockwave therapy, EMS, and more. Provide patient counseling and education for recovery and prevention. Work collaboratively with the clinical team to deliver integrated care. Maintain detailed patient records and treatment progress notes. Supervise and guide junior staff or interns as needed. --- Candidate Requirements BPT or MPT (recognized institution). Minimum 5 years of hands-on clinical experience. Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and patient counseling. Willingness to adopt and work with advanced physiotherapy technologies.
