Qualifications And Skills Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 3 years of professional experience in human resource management. Proven experience in recruitment including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Strong capabilities in training and development, including identifying training needs and coordinating training programs. Experience with payroll processing, payroll management, and compliance with payroll regulations. In-depth understanding of HR operations such as employee record-keeping, leave management, and exit processes. Excellent knowledge of employee relations to manage employee grievances and mediate workplace disputes. Necessary knowledge of statutory compliances to ensure adherence to local and regional laws. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to build relationships at all levels within the organization. Roles And Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to hiring, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment lifecycle. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Manage payroll processes ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, statutory deductions, and timely disbursements. Oversee HR operations including employee record management, leave tracking, and handling of exit procedures. Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns, and facilitating conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and labor laws, keeping updated with any changes in regulations. Support the performance management process, including setting objectives, conducting appraisals, and helping with performance improvement plans. Collaborate with department heads to understand their HR needs and provide necessary support and guidance.
