Key Responsibilities We are looking for a proactive and dynamic professional to support key HR functions with a major focus on Talent Acquisition (50%) , Training & Development (20%) , and Employee Engagement (20%) . The ideal candidate will bring strong recruiting skills, a passion for people development, and the ability to foster a positive work culture. Role Summary 1. Talent Acquisition (50%) Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple departments (middle mgt. to senior mgt.) Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop job descriptions. Source candidates using various platforms, including job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and manage candidate communications. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards. Ensure adherence to hiring KPIs and reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire. 2. Training & Development (20%) Identify training needs through performance reviews, surveys, and department feedback. Coordinate, plan, and develop content for internal training programs and workshops. Liaise with external training vendors for specialized sessions. Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and post-training assessments. Maintain training records and prepare reports on training metrics. 3. Employee Engagement (20%) Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale. Organize events such as town halls, recognition programs, wellness activities, and team-building sessions. Support and ensure maximum participation in employee feedback surveys and assist in implementing action plans. Support communication strategies that promote company values and culture. Collaborate with internal teams to boost internal branding and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) efforts. 4. Others (10%) Ensure Background verification of all new hires is completed in collaboration with vendor Psychometric testing / Personality assessment of all new hires in collaboration with vendor Coordinate with partner for all employee insurance related queries and support Front-end the audits for HR department (ISO, ISMS etc.) Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (preferred). 5-7 years of experience in HR, with demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and exposure to training or employee engagement. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office and HRMS/ATS systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.

About the role Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead & expand the ESG advisory practice - Build and mentor a team and develop client relationships in ESG domains. - Drive ESG business development - Prepare proposals, scope projects, and secure new clients in sustainability advisory. - Design and implement ESG strategy - Including materiality mapping, climate risk assessment, GHG foot printing, decarbonization planning aligned with SBTi, and standards like GRI, TCFD, EU Taxonomy, ESG framework, BRSR reporting. - Manage ESG reporting and assurance - Oversee data collection, assurance engagements, sustainability disclosures, zero‑waste and ISO certifications. - Lead commercial strategy - Identify new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships to enhance the company's market presence and competitiveness. - Stay ahead of global sustainability trends - Advise leadership on ESG risks/opportunities and foster a culture of customer‑centric innovation in the organization.
