We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive / Manager to handle returns, logistics, shipment disputes, and support key backend operations. Manage order fulfillment via Shiprocket from dispatch to delivery. Ensure timely pickups and deliveries; coordinate with logistics partners. Handle lost shipments, returns to origin (RTO), and resolve disputes. Optimize shipping costs and improve delivery success rates. Oversee returns on marketplaces (Nykaa, Ajio, Myntra) and D2C website. Coordinate approvals, quality checks, and restocking with warehouses and marketplaces. Perform monthly reconciliation of orders, returns, cancellations, and revenue across platforms. Provide accurate accounting data to the finance team.
