Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a US IT Recruiter. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, IT recruitment, hiring, technical recruiting, and recruiting activities on a day-to-day basis. Must-have qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in staffing and recruiting Experience in US IT recruitment and hiring Full-life cycle recruiting and technical recruiting skills Prior experience working with Persistent Systems, HCL, and Genpact positions 3-6 years of experience in staffing and recruiting Strong understanding of various sourcing strategies Excellent communication and negotiation skills Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and time zones Experience with applicant tracking systems Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field How to apply: Apply now - careers@rivagoinfotech.com
