Excellent customer service and communication skills. Computer literate with the ability to use booking and reservation systems. Basic educational qualification with an interest in tourism or travel is a plus. *Key Responsibilities:* Understand client travel needs and suggest flight and holiday package options. Manage bookings efficiently for flights, hotels, and holiday packages. Provide information on travel requirements such as visas and local guidance. Assist clients with itinerary changes and travel queries. Promote travel products and deliver outstanding customer service.
