Job Title : Pega Architect Location : Bangalore, India (Shift timings 12 PM to 9 PM IST) Work Mode: Hybrid Experience : 8+ years Interested candidates can share your Resume to venki@ritwikinfotech.com About the Role We are looking for an experienced Pega Architect with strong expertise in Pega PRPC/Infinity and deep knowledge of the Healthcare Billing domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Pega applications while collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams. Core ResponsibilitiesApplication Development: Design and develop scalable Pega applications following best practices and architectural standards. Healthcare Domain Expertise: Apply healthcare billing knowledge to business workflows and solutions. Business Analysis & Design: Analyze requirements, create technical designs, workflows, UI, case types, rules, and process automation. Integration & Services: Build connectors (SOAP/REST, JMS/MQ, batch listeners), integrate with external systems (databases, authentication, messaging). Performance & Maintenance: Troubleshoot using Tracer, PAL, DB Trace, and SMA Console; perform tuning and ensure system health. Upgrades & Enhancements: Lead Pega version upgrades, reporting enhancements, and Decision Hub implementations. Mentorship & Collaboration: Work in Agile teams, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with BAs, QA, and stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience 8+ years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC 7.x/8.x/Infinity. Strong background in Healthcare Billing domain (mandatory). CertificationsPega CSA (Certified System Architect) – Required. CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) or LSA (Lead System Architect) – Preferred for senior/lead roles. Technical SkillsStrong command of Pega rule types: flows, activities, assignments, UI, correspondence, agents, SLAs, listeners, reports. Proficiency in integration with SOAP, REST, MQ/JMS, JDBC. Experience with SSO/LDAP authentication. Knowledge of Java/J2EE, SQL/PL SQL, XML, HTML, JavaScript, CSS. Hands-on experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with messaging systems (MQ, Kafka) and performance tools (PAL, Tracer). Soft SkillsStrong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to mentor and guide team members. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
