Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Trainer for DSA, Advanced DSA using C & C++ and Excel with Tableau & Power Bi to deliver high-quality, offline college training sessions. The trainer will be responsible for mentoring B.Tech/BCA/MCA students (1st to 4th year) in problem-solving, competitive coding, and data structure concepts with a focus on hands-on coding practices. Key Responsibilities: Deliver structured training on DSA & Advanced DSA using C & C++ & etc Guide students on problem-solving techniques and competitive programming (LeetCode, CodeChef, HackerRank). Conduct assignments, tests, and feedback sessions to assess student progress. Mentor and manage large offline batches (60 to 100 students) effectively. Prepare students for placements, internships, and coding competitions. Ensure practical implementation of concepts through hands-on coding sessions & projects. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong command of C & C++ programming languages. Expertise in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Advanced DSA concepts. Hands-on experience with online coding platforms (LeetCode, CodeChef, HackerRank). 5 to 7+ years of training/teaching/industry experience. Qualifications: B.Tech/BCA + M.Tech/MCA (Post Graduation mandatory). Excellent communication and batch handling skills (60100 students offline). Trainer Preference: Male trainers preferred (due to accommodation limitations). Female trainers may apply if local to training location.
