Role Description -This is a project-based contractual role for a SOC 2 Readiness Assessment and Gap Analysis Expert. -Duration of the project: 8-10 weeks. - This role is located in Gurgaon (Hybrid) The SOC 2 Readiness Assessment and Gap Analysis Expert will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, performing gap analyses, preparing reports, recommending improvements, and ensuring compliance with SOC 2 standards. The expert will collaborate with clients to understand their current security posture and provide insights for achieving SOC 2 compliance. Qualifications Experience in conducting SOC 2 Readiness Assessments and performing Gap Analyses Strong background in cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and recommending improvements Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field CISSP, CISA, or similar certifications are a plus Excellent communication skills Understanding of SOC 2 standards and frameworks
