Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading and managing security requirements to maintain the security posture of the organization. Your role will involve driving risk and compliance to protect sensitive information, diagnosing the level of preparedness for cybersecurity, building risk governance, ensuring compliance frameworks, monitoring risk controls, acting as a subject matter expert on risk, and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, you will be managing a team, defining expectations, setting goals, conducting performance reviews, guiding team members in acquiring knowledge, and driving engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Risk and Compliance to protect sensitive information by driving risk management, regulatory and contractual compliance, diagnosing the level of preparedness for cybersecurity, building risk governance, ensuring compliance frameworks, and monitoring risk controls. - Act as the point of contact for escalations on the risk management framework, provide guidance, and act as a subject matter expert on risk for the team. - Manage team effectively by defining expectations, assigning goals, conducting performance reviews, guiding in knowledge acquisition, and driving engagement initiatives.
