Role Purpose: The role aims to lead and manage security requirements, recommending specific improvement measures to maintain the organization's security posture effectively. Responsibilities: 1. Lead Risk and Compliance: - Drive Risk Management, Regulatory, and Contractual compliance. - Assess the customer's level of preparedness for cyber security and health, proposing suitable solutions. - Establish risk governance with client partners and internal stakeholders, aligning customer policies with deliverables. - Design and implement Common Compliance frameworks. - Ensure the presence of policies, processes, and standards to identify, assess, manage, and report risks. - Manage security requirements, including regulatory demands by customers. - Monitor risk controls like access controls, backup, recovery, and network security based on client needs. - Act as a point of contact for risk management framework escalations, providing guidance as needed. - Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on risk, driving compliance actions within the team. - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations, particularly in the Risk functions. - Ensure implementation, documentation, and monitoring of all required controls for audit compliance. - Coordinate with IT team members to address IT audit findings promptly. - Monitor the customer's cyber health and provide corrective measures for cyber security issues. 2. Team Management: - Clearly define team expectations and goals. - Conduct timely performance reviews and offer constructive feedback to direct reports. - Guide team members in acquiring relevant knowledge and enhancing their professional skills. - Educate the team on Wipro guidelines, revenue recognition, pricing strategy, and contract terms. - Ensure adherence to Performance Nxt for the entire team. - Lead engagement initiatives and track team satisfaction scores to enhance engagement within the team. Performance Parameters: 1. Adherence to established risk and compliance framework: - Reported incidents, major security incidents, cost per incident, regulatory compliance, customer impact management, MTTD, MTTR, cyber security training. 2.
