Position Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Social Media Manager to take charge of our brand and individual creator profiles across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and more. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management, with a proven track record of increasing engagement. This role involves content creation, strategic planning, and coordination with our professional photographers and creators. Responsibilities : 1. Content Creation and Posting: Develop and curate engaging content for our brand and individual creator profiles. Create and post reels, stories, and other content to increase audience engagement. 2. Engagement and Interaction: Foster audience interaction by responding to comments, likes, and shares promptly. Implement strategies to boost engagement and follower growth. 3. Strategic Planning: Plan and schedule social media posts to ensure consistent and timely content delivery. Collaborate with the creative team to align content with overall brand strategies. 4. Creative Thinking: Innovate and think creatively about the type of content that will resonate with the target audience. Collaborate with professional photographers to capture compelling visuals. 5. Project Management: Oversee content creation projects, ensuring videos and other content are delivered on time. Identify and address any issues that may arise during the content creation process. 6. Problem-Solving: Proactively identify challenges in content creation and implement solutions. Work closely with the team to resolve any issues affecting project timelines. 7. Communication: Maintain clear communication with the content creation team, photographers, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project progress and challenges. 8. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the success of content strategies. Provide regular reports on engagement, growth, and key performance indicators. 9. Professionalism and Organization: Represent the brand professionally across all social media channels. Demonstrate strong organizational skills in managing multiple projects and deadlines. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management. Proven track record of successful engagement strategies. Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinking and the ability to collaborate with a creative team. Strong organizational and project management skills.
