Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Process and verify financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance. Generate and issue invoices to clients, including on-demand requests in the evenings. Assist with monthly and annual closing processes. Prepare financial reports and statements as required. Reconcile bank statements and accounts. Maintain organized and accurate financial records. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar financial role. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and MS Excel. Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle a busy workload. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality. Adaptable and flexible to work extended hours for invoicing needs. Work Schedule: Office Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM Remote Work: Be available to generate invoices in the night as needed
