Job Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including AHUs, chillers, ducting, and exhaust systems. Monitor and maintain temperature and humidity for laboratories and growth rooms. Perform preventive maintenance and maintain service logs. Diagnose faults in HVAC systems and carry out timely repairs. Replace air filters, belts, and other consumables as per schedule. Ensure compliance with energy efficiency and safety standards. Assist in calibration of climate-controlled chambers. Coordinate with the electrical team for system integration. Skills Required: Knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to read HVAC layout drawings and wiring diagrams. Experience with laboratory / cleanroom HVAC systems preferred. Good communication and teamwork skills.
