Role & responsibilities We are seeking a motivated and results-driven SEO Executive to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, SEO best practices, and hands-on experience in driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings. Preferred candidate profile Perform keyword research to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities. Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Manage and optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking. Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate with the development team to resolve issues (e.g., site speed, mobile optimization, crawl errors). Create and submit XML sitemaps and manage robots.txt files. Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools. Track, report, and analyze website analytics, keyword rankings, and backlinks. Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content and blog strategies. Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and other ethical link-building tactics. Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments. Key Skills & Competencies: Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website administration (WordPress preferred). Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Familiarity with local SEO and e-commerce SEO is a plus.
