We are looking for a smart, energetic, and well-spoken Office Assistant whose primary responsibility will be tele calling prospective clients and assisting in daily office tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a basic understanding of office work. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads. • Share product/service information clearly and confidently over the phone. • Maintain a daily call log and follow up on interested leads. • Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally. • Provide support in basic office tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry. • Maintain client records and update contact databases. • Coordinate with the sales or service team when needed. Required Skills: • Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi, English, and regional language preferred). • Good listening and persuasion skills. • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry). • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. • Pleasant and confident phone etiquette. Preferred Qualifications: • Graduate or 12th pass with relevant experience in tele calling or office work.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Field Survey Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to visit assigned locations and collect accurate, real-time data through surveys, interviews, or observations. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct physical surveys in targeted areas as per project requirements • Interact with individuals, households, or businesses to gather necessary information • Accurately fill out survey forms (digital or manual). • Ensure timely completion and submission of field reports • Coordinate with the project team for area allocation, updates, and troubleshooting Requirements: • Prior experience in field survey, data collection, or similar roles • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to travel extensively and work independently • Familiarity with survey tools or mobile apps is a plus.
