Able to read and understand basic CNC part programs Follow work order, blueprint and standard instructions during machine set up. Process all necessary adjustments to machines. (Including Offset Wear & Geometry) Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc. Experience : 1 - 5 years with CNC & VMC Operator Knowledge Education : ITI & Diploma - Mechanical Candidates Should be ready to work in 3 Shifts. Job description : a) To perform general maintenance of all the plants, utilities & ETP. b) To repair rotary equipment like centrifugal pumps, vacuum pumps, to change mechanical seals, Pump/gear box to motor alignment, reactors, valves, cooling towers, Gear boxes, grinders, etc. c) Descaling of heat exchangers, cooling towers.
