Job Title: Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) Location: Remote Experience: 1 to 2 years (Preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) who has hands-on experience in developing and maintaining eCommerce platforms with a full-fledged system architecture. The ideal candidate should be confident working across both frontend (React.js) and backend (Node.js + MongoDB) , and have a strong understanding of scalable web application development. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN) . Build and manage complex eCommerce features including product creation, inventory management, order tracking, and invoicing systems . Integrate and maintain third-party/external APIs (payment gateways, shipping APIs, notification systems, etc.). Implement technical SEO optimizations across the web and backend — including sitemap.xml generation, structured meta data management, page indexing, and other backend-level SEO improvements to enhance search visibility and site performance. Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to understand requirements and deliver clean, efficient solutions. Manage AWS deployments — including hosting, server setup, and database management. Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and scalability of the application. (Optional) Learn and contribute to React Native mobile app development. Effectively communicate progress, blockers, and ideas with the team and clients. Work independently with minimal supervision , maintaining accountability for deliverables and timelines. Required Skills & Experience Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) . Proven experience building and managing end-to-end eCommerce platforms . Hands-on experience with API design and integration , handling complex data structures and asynchronous workflows. Good understanding of AWS (AppRunner, S3, Amplify, etc.) for hosting and basic server/database management. Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub) and collaborative development workflows. Basic understanding of SEO development best practices . Strong debugging and performance optimization skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies or project requirements. Preferred / Bonus Skills Experience with React Native or willingness to learn it. Knowledge of payment gateway integrations (Razorpay). Experience with push notifications and invoice management APIs . Understanding of Docker or other deployment automation tools. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
