Role & responsibilities Sales and Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients interested in immigration services. Convert leads into successful sales by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Video Marketing: Create engaging and informative video content to promote. Use video marketing strategies to attract and retain clients through social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook). Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns that drive sales. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Provide follow-up support to clients throughout their immigration journey. Market Research: Stay updated on immigration policies, trends, and competitor offerings. Use market insights to refine sales strategies and improve outreach efforts. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve company goals. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and brainstorming activities. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the immigration, education, or consultancy industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends. High level of integrity and professionalism. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus. Preferred candidate profile Someone with good communication and good personality
