Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive, located in Preet Vihar. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing strategic initiatives, leading and mentoring the team, and ensuring the execution of company objectives. Key tasks include managing client relationships, driving sales and revenue growth, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role also involves liaising with various stakeholders to align business goals and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Proven experience in strategic planning and execution Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Skills in client relationship management and sales growth Experience in driving operational efficiency and excellence Ability to work independently and make informed decisions Relevant experience in the luxury or jewelry industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
