📍 Location: Singapore (On-site / Hybrid) Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Global Transportation Manager to oversee and optimize our global transportation operations from our Singapore office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing international freight, carrier relationships, logistics service providers, and ensuring cost-effective, reliable, and compliant transportation across regions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement global transportation strategies to improve efficiency, service quality, and cost performance Manage end-to-end transportation operations including air, ocean, and ground freight across multiple regions Select, negotiate, and manage contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers Monitor carrier performance, service levels, and compliance with company standards and regulations Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, procurement, and regional logistics teams to ensure seamless operations Analyze transportation data and KPIs to identify trends, reduce costs, and improve delivery performance Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize routes, transit times, and inventory flow Manage transportation budgets, forecasting, and cost control measures Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and safety standards Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus) 7+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a regional/global role Strong knowledge of international shipping, freight forwarding, and customs regulations Proven experience managing global logistics networks and third-party logistics providers Excellent negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities Proficiency in logistics and transportation management systems (TMS) and MS Office Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are an advantage Familiarity with the Singapore and SEA logistics market is preferred What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Flexible working arrangements (on-site/hybrid) Global exposure and leadership development opportunities Collaborative and dynamic work environment Opportunity to make a high-impact contribution to our global supply chain strategy How to Apply: Submit your resume and a cover letter highlighting your transportation and logistics leadership experience via [Job Portal / LinkedIn Apply] .
