We not only manufacture our own e-scooters but also provide complete rental and maintenance solutions. Our mission is to build a sustainable and efficient last-mile delivery ecosystem. Position Overview We are seeking a Recovery Executive to manage and recover pending rental payments from delivery partners and ensure timely return of scooters when payments are not made. This role involves direct interaction with delivery partners via phone calls and in-person visits, ensuring smooth recovery operations while maintaining professional communication. Key Responsibilities Contact delivery partners via phone to remind and collect pending rental payments. Follow up regularly with defaulters until payment is cleared. Coordinate with the field team to recover scooters from delivery partners who fail to make payments. Maintain updated records of outstanding amounts and recovery actions. Work closely with the operations team to track overdue accounts and plan recovery schedules. Handle payment disputes and escalate issues to management when necessary. Ensure all recovery activities are carried out in a lawful and professional manner. Requirements Proven experience in collections, recovery, or field operations (preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and/or local language. Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations. Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for record-keeping. Willingness to travel locally for bike recovery operations. Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
