As a Rider Recruiter at Delivery Zone, your role is crucial in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding qualified bike riders within the UAE. Your responsibilities will include: - **Sourcing:** - Develop and execute sourcing strategies using direct outreach, referrals, job boards, and social media. - Build strong networks with driving schools, delivery companies, and relevant community groups. - Identify and target riders with valid UAE bike licenses and those looking for transfer opportunities. - Target riders from collapsing delivery companies. - **Recruitment Process Management:** - Conduct initial screenings and assessments. - Arrange and conduct interviews to assess motivation and culture fit. - Maintain detailed records of candidates and interview outcomes. - **UAE Riders Recruitment Focus:** - Liaise with Operations and Fleet for urgent requirements. - Provide recruitment progress updates and market trend insights. - **Overseas Recruitment:** - Manage recruitment from outside the UAE when required. - Oversee visa applications and onboarding for overseas hires. - **Stakeholder Management:** - Act as the main contact between candidates and the company. - Review and improve the recruitment process continuously. To excel in this role, you should have: - **Experience Required:** - Minimum 1-3 years in blue-collar recruitment, with a focus on hiring bike riders in the UAE. - Preferably possess a driving license. - Proficiency in Hindi and Urdu is mandatory. - **Core Competencies:** - Strong recruitment expertise especially in hiring bike riders. - Ability to leverage networks for candidate pipelines. - Skilled in negotiation, persuasion, and process management. - Effective communication skills in English, Hindi, Urdu, and preferably Arabic. - Market awareness and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is required for candidate tracking and reporting. This role will report to the HR Supervisor and closely coordinate with Operations, Fleet, and Accounts teams. You will be based in Abu Dhabi with fieldwork required across the UAE, including flexible working hours as per business needs.
